• Basic understanding of DOB forms & processes for all Alt 2, Alt3, New Buildings, PA, Alt-1, etc.
• Basic knowledge & understanding of what is required in the field (expediting).
• Basic knowledge of signoffs through BIS and DOB NOW (how to obtain a LOC, look for required items, know when Sprinkler, Fuel Storage, Plumbing is signed off, etc.).
• Coordination of all sign-off documentation needed to secure Letters of Completion.
• Must be able to multi-task in order to coordinate a large number of projects.
• Knowledge of E-Filing.
• Utilize professionalism when dealing with co-workers, clients & be able to prepare comprehensive & professional emails.
• Prepares project closeout matrix & is able to review with all parties (Architect, Engineer, Contractor, Project Team, etc.).
• Conducts municipal agency research.
• Ensures that all completed billable tasks are submitted on the day of completion for billing.
• Understand relationships between city agencies.
