Clinical Customer Service ( German Speaking )
Our client is a lead designer, developer and manufacturer of proprietary Medical devices with a growing global presence within the Neurosurgical field. As part of their continuous growth, we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting a Clinical Customer Service (German Speaking).
The Candidates could be based in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK or anywhere in Europe.
This is a telephone-based position and can be located anywhere in Germany.
As a Therapy Support Specialist you will be expected to:
- Communicate directly with patients
- Serve as a resource for clinical patient support
- Product troubleshooting and company product inquiries
- Respond to all patient and field communication in a timely manner
In order to be considered for this role you will have:
- Experience in a consultative role
- Customer service experience
- Patient interaction experience is preferred
- Fluent German language and good English
