The clinic manager is responsible for directing, organizing and supervising the clinic staff in their assigned clinic. The clinic manager coordinates clinic efforts to ensure that effective and high-quality patient care is being provided and that quality standards are met within their assigned clinic and staff.

Requirements:

  • Meet the bonus target of patient satisfaction and maintain high NPS scores.
  • Manage staffing according to pat numbers while maintaining employee satisfaction
  • Communicates to HR any complaints, final warning notices, correct action, and termination of employees
  • Strong communication, coaching and delegation skills.
  • Develop and assign staff to leadership positions
  • Excellent operation, which is monitoring clinic performance and identifying sources of performance gaps.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address these gaps to ensure that high quality performance is maintained.
  • Ensures staff maintain professionalism always including proper uniform attire, manner of performing professional duties, and all forms of communication with patients, families, and companies with which we do business.
  • Professional and very clean clinic appearance of all assigned clinics.
  • Ongoing training of clinic staff to ensure high quality of care and performance.
  • Prefer LSO, RT, or LSRT cert. If you do not have this, you must be willing to complete the schooling within 12 months from start of employment.
  • MA Certificate required with clinical experience min. 2 years.

  • IT skills, understanding lab and x-ray.
  • Be open for critics and show willingness to change.
  • Understand center performance metrics.
  • Constantly look for continuous efficiency improvement.
  • Demonstrates flexibility by willingly adjusting to changes in priorities and circumstances.

Potential Annual Salary = $118,090

Potential annual bonus = $15,000

Medical benefits, PTO/Sick, 401(k) = $28,090

- Employer pays 90% of medical premium

Base Salary = $75,000 with RT/LSRT/LSO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
