Aspire CFS helps children diagnosed with Autism and other behavioral disorders to reach their full potential by developing individualized plans and providing a highly-trained team to implement those plans with high fidelity. Aspire is seeking multiple Behavior Consultants to join our small but growing team in Southeastern PA. We are offering a $5,000.00 sign on bonus and our benefits are second to none!

Aspire is family owned and has a personal interest in providing quality Autism treatment. IBHS leaders are local, so decisions are not handed down by remote investors. We recently opened our first clinic in Huntingdon Valley so it is an exciting time to join the team as we continue to grow! This position would ideally be a clinic/hybrid position where some cases may be located in our clinic locations (Huntingdon Valley and Lansdale) and some cases in home/community.

ABOUT YOU:

Behavior Consultants are the foundation of the quality ABA services we provide, so ideal candidates have strong technical ABA skills, value teamwork and have a desire to make a large impact in our small-but-growing agency.

Who you are:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate + active PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in good standing highly preferred.
• Active LBS with BCBA in process.
• Master’s degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent academic credentials.
• Passion and dedication for providing quality services to young children and adolescents.
• Available for clinic, home, and community visits local to you.
• Fully vaccinated for Covid-19.

About the Role:

• Supervise behavior health technicians.
• Conduct assessments (FBA and VB-MAPP/AFLS).
• Oversee treatment and make modifications to treatment based on data.
• Manage a reasonable caseload (25 per week average).
• Services will be in both clinic (Huntingdon Valley location) and community.
