With more than 25 years in business, FMT Consultants provides technology consulting, products, and services to primarily manufacturing and distribution organizations across the United States.
The Client Success Specialist aligns closely with the sales team, marketing, and our delivery team to manage the entire customer experience for FMT. The Client Success Specialist will work closely with the various teams to provide frontline interaction with clients by conducting regular outreach for upcoming milestones and/or events, current incentives, and driving meetings for the Account Executives, while also updating customer information in the Customer Relationship Management) system and supporting sales activities. While product knowledge is important in this role, a positive attitude, a high level of energy, and the ability to follow through consistently matter more. FMT provides both training and resources to build product knowledge and familiarity. This role works predominantly with existing clients, however, there may be a portion of the role that will involve outreach to new prospects from time to time.

- Relevant professional certifications and accreditation are considered a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a variety of daily tasks and assignments
- Within commutable distance of FMT headquarters in Carlsbad, CA a plus for a hybrid role and team building.
Required Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of business experience with a company involved in selling business technology services or software
- 3+ years overall work experience (Consideration given for students and internships)
- Experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Familiarity with Salesloft or other Sales Enablement solutions
- Comfortable and competent learning about technology and discussing requirements and business objectives
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Participation in team meetings, partner training opportunities and internal training
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by Marketing management
