Our growing organization has an immediate need for a Client Services Coordinator who is detail oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in providing exceptional customer service, will be self-motivated and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls & emails in a timely and positive manner.
• Be available to answer any questions for customers via email or phone.
• Review all work before sending it to the customer.
• Have a strong knowledge of the company's mission and values.
• Be friendly and forward-thinking when dealing with customers, vendors, colleagues, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
