What will you be doing?
  • Be the primary point of contact with assigned client(s) to ensure all elements of the contractual relationship is adhered to and provide strategic alignment and direction on the program(s)
  • Demonstrate sound decision making and judgment in all operational, compliance and Human Resource elements of the program
  • Take proactive accountability for the contractual requirements and profitability of their designated project(s) to ensure
  • Resourcing, recruiting, and interviewing requirements
  • Expense allocation
  • Financial management and P&L Reviews
  • Accurate and timely invoicing
  • Human Resource Informational System approvals and tasks
  • SOW development and contractual amendments as required
  • Day to day operational excellence
  • Communicate with key client contacts regularly (written and verbal) to update on project performance, gain feedback, build relationships, network to identify future opportunities. Work with and liaise with relevant internal and external client departments to ensure smooth, timely delivery of project developments/enhancements that exceed the clients’ expectations
  • Collaborate, develop, maintain or delegate the following program requirements as applicable
  • Program implementation in conjunction with the PMO (Project Management Office)
  • Client Relationship Manager CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) system
  • Data integration requirements
  • Client and Ashfield approved and requested ad hoc reporting
  • Client/Ashfield specific presentations and business review documentation
  • Organize and lead live/virtual meeting dates for business review or other applicable meetings ensuring correct audience internally/externally is invited
  • Program enhancements/pilots
  • General program administration requirements
  • Delegate and support the operations-based onboarding process for all new hires or backfill hires – to include IT (Information Technology) requirements, updating rosters and liaising with other functions to ensure everything is prepared for the induction of the new hire
  • Design proposals, task orders, business plans, KPI’s, employee development plans, monthly reports and various client requests whenever requested.
  • Driving and developing team culture and provide on-going coaching/performance management to direct reports and wider program team
  • Attend internal Ashfield meetings as required/requested to actively contribute on industry insights and best practice to enhance and expand the Ashfield Engage business .
  • Ensure Team(s) activities are in compliance with all regulations.
  • Attend client meetings, operational meetings, conferences, and other various commitments when needed
  • Administrative management of Team(s).
What do you need for this position?
  • 4 year Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent work-related experience
  • Current RN or NP registration or previous Field Management experience within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry
  • 7+ years’ experience in roles requiring increased responsibilities for both the managing of direct report employees as well as the operational execution of client contracts to exceed projected goals.
  • A practical understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Understanding of current industry climates including sales, potential opportunities, managed care environments and competition.
  • Experience with writing and presenting operational task orders for clients. Ability to develop key business contracts among senior client management.
  • Success leading both in internal and external teams over extended periods of time
  • Must live within 45 minutes of a major airport
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Proficiency in MicroSoft Suite of Services, including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
