Paessler, Inc. is looking for an experienced, hands-on Channel Sales Manager to help manage some of our most valuable partners. Qualified and experienced in selling software through the channel in North America, you will help us increase PRTG sales by expanding and fostering our Reseller network. This position is located in NJ, TX or PA.

YOUR TASKS

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities within the VAR channel and facilitate sales by working in tandem with partner
  • Cultivate relationships with current VARs and distribution partners to increase revenue
  • Conduct sales trainings and facilitate technical trainings with Paessler engineers
  • Work closely with marketing to create and launch co-marketing initiatives with VAR partners and showing ROI
  • Qualify, onboard & activate new VAR partners
  • You are willing to travel within your designated territory to meet our resellers on a regular basis or take part on regional or corporate events
  • Organize, track and communicate your activities within the provided tools and teams

YOUR PROFILE

  • A proven track record & channel development experience specific to the resellers of all sizes
  • IT infrastructure experience is a plus
  • Experience working with various CRM platforms
  • Proven ability to work in an innovative and ever-changing environment
  • You’re a native English speaker
  • Independent, proactive, forward thinking and self-reliant
  • Experience working with distribution partners a plus
  • An individual motivated by success, results-driven and a team player
  • Permanent residents in the U.S. with valid work permit only
