Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Supervisor Duties:
- As a certified nursing assistant supervisor you will coach and lead the nursing assistant team on your shift.
- You will perform the day-to-day duties of a nursing assistant in addition to your supervisory duties.
- You will will help facilitate mandates made by the Director of Nursing.
- You will encourage and contribute to an environment of team-work and accountability.
- You will create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive regard.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Supervisor Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as a nursing assistant.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid deemed nurse aide certification in the State of Illinois.
- No abuse records.
- Ability to communicate and work well with residents and staff members.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Supervisor Shift Needed:
- Monday-Friday 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, rotating weekends.
