Casino Real is looking for a Players Club Agent to perform a varity of tasks in Players Club.

Responsabilities

• Assist visitors and guide them on the benefits of the "Players Club".
• Offer memberships to new clients.
• Open new accounts, prepare membership cards for the Club and carry out different transactions in the system, as established in the "SOP" and internal procedures.
• Do data entry into the casino's customer tracking system on a daily basis.
• Use telephone etiquette when answering calls and use the telephone box effectively.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of special events.
• Provide quality service.
• Prepare guidelines on events to keep clients informed.
• Attend events such as Bingo, Giveaways, Dinners, Birthday Activities, etc.
• Inform about Casino fees and coordinate reservations for members.
• Assist "Slot Management" in required tasks.
• Comply with the rules of conduct and discipline rules established by the Company.
• Report irregularities and problems that arise in your area.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $9.50 per hour
