Part-Time Opportunity to work early morning, nights or weekend hours

Shifts include 5am-12pm; 4pm-12am

This role may assist with transporting children to and from school, temporary placements, caregivers after hours, and for weekend appointments as needed. To meet those needs, the Case Management Support may be needed to work early morning hours, be off mid-day, and return for afternoon shifts, with openness to picking up unscheduled work as unplanned needs may arise. On-call for evenings and weekends is required on a rotational basis. This role may be called out in the event of an emergency.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• One year experience in related field, working with children preferred
• Knowledge of car seat types, installation and expiration dates

Schedule & Travel:

• This is a field based position that covers anywhere throughout Hillsborough Co. Other regional transports may be occasionally required
• Early mornings, evenings, overnight and weekend hours available

Other Requirements:

• Valid Florida Driver's License in good standing
• Bi-Lingual in English Spanish a plus
• Must be able to complete a 3 day new hire orientation class (Monday - Wednesday); Hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day
• Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
• Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test, TB Test, and flu vaccine. Devereux requires all employees to obtain the annual Influenza Vaccine.
