Summary:
PARDEE

The Care Management Assistant supports the functions of the Care Management Department by performing a wide variety of administrative duties but not limited to answering phones, processing requests, data entry and report generation.

Qualifications

Required:

• One year clerical experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

• Medical terminology and experience with insurance claims highly desirable.
• Ability to mange, set priorities and operate with minimal direct supervision and demonstrates an ability of multiple tasking and working under pressure.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service, take and give constructive feedback in a professional manner.
