Our Full Service Attendants play a vital role at our full service locations and we're seriously proud to have them working for us! They are responsible for helping out in various areas of the wash and full service departments in a quick and efficient manner through the use of various detail tools and car cleaning items.

Full Service Attendants must be comfortable with guiding vehicles with the use of hand signals, assisting customers with verbal instructions, washing and drying car wash cleaning towels, vacuuming customer vehicles, and wiping the interior of vehicles down with various automobile cleaners. Full service attendants are constantly moving from car to car and throughout the lot. This is not a job for the faint of heart. Unlike other positions, you will be moving a lot and you won't be standing in one spot. Come prepared to move.

• 3 Full Service Attendant (Part-Time or Full-Time, Flexible Days and Hours)

Full Service Attendant Essential Duties:

• Clean vehicles in a thorough manner.
• Vacuum out vehicles in a quick and through manner.
• Apply hand wax
• Assist customers in the vacuum areas.
• Assist detail crew with any needs.
• Use disinfectant and car cleaning chemicals inside full service customer vehicles.
• Use microfiber towels to dry off the inside of full service vehicles.
• Use two microfiber towels to dry vehicles as they exit the tunnel.
• Use proper hand signals to guide customers to the full service bays.
• Verbally instruct customers where to park and when their vehicle is ready.

Non-Essential Full Service Attendant Duties:

• Empty vacuums and trash.
• Clean car wash and vacuum lots.
• Clean equipment and tunnel using Washman procedures.

Full Service Attendant Requirements

• Attention to detail
• Good customer service

• Ability to work alone
• Ability to project voice for customers to follow car wash instructions
• Able to stand and walk on concrete for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently
• Ability to crouch, bend, and reach into small areas of a vehicle

Lot Attendant Work Environment

• 95% exposed to running water
• 60% standing on padded concrete
• 40% walking on even surfaces
