• Lead a team of site security personnel, including site managers, field training officers, and security officers
• Responsible for the provision of physical security-related services at one or more assigned data centers in a geographic area
• Management responsibility for 15-20 employees
• Responsibility for leadership development
• Provision of security operations
• Acts as the main point of contact for the assigned customer on site
• Responsible for the further development of customer relationships and processes

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, business administration, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience including management experience in the security industry
• Very good written and spoken English
• Knowledge and experience with various security technologies such as CCTV, access control systems, incident management software and other video surveillance software
• Gladly already certifications in the security industry such as CPP or PSP
• 30% willingness to travel in the DACH region
