El Dorado Community Health Centers, a FQHC (Federally Qualified Healthcare Center) offering Primary Care Services with locations in Placerville and Cameron Park, is seeking a full-time Call Center Representative for the Cameron Park Call Center. As a non-profit community health center EDCHC provides Medical, Dental, Optical, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health and SUD Treatment Services to underserved populations.

Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Call Center Supervisor, this position is responsible for operator duties, accurately using the electronic medical record to register and schedule patients within Center and HIPAA parameters. The Call Center Representative works in a team environment, is customer service oriented, and patient focused. Please note that this is not a remote position but is in-person at our Cameron Park Call Center.

Experience & Educational Requirements:

  • 1 year minimum of experience in a call center, medical office, or community clinic performing client reception or billing functions.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Current CPR Certification recommended.
