Part-Time Call Center & Member Services Representative – Phoenix, AZ

Summary:

Part time Call Center & MSR position to join us in enhancing the financial lives of our individual members and member churches. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take member calls and provide member service to those calling into call center.
• Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating site and products and services.
• Collaborate with other call center representatives to improve member service.
• Deliver member services including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, inquiries, transfers, advances, loan payments, check cashing and file maintenance.
• Customer service in-person, answering phones, through email, as well as other computer systems.
• Maintain knowledgeable information on Interfaith FCU products and services.
• Pursue and recognize opportunities to cross-sell IFCU products and services as well as open new accounts.
• Perform as part of a team, assisting IFCU staff in the local as well as regional branches.
• Pursue opportunities for professional growth and knowledge through training, education, and self-study.
• Have good multi-tasking skills.
• Perform all member services duties as assigned.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

• Phoenix, AZ 85014: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
