Immediate opening for a CADD Technician in our Survey & Mapping Studio. Primary duties include drafting land survey plats, subdivision plats, topographic surveys, and other survey deliverables. This includes building surfaces from field data. Secondary duties include aiding in field data collection and preparing civil engineering deliverables. Experience with point cloud processing is a plus. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D and have a passion for learning and developing new skills. Experience with field survey is desired but not required. Must be willing to help with field data collection on occasion to meet schedule demands and get/stay familiar with field surveying procedures. Min. qualifications: AS degree in drafting, surveying or related field and/or 2 + years of drafting exp. Salary DOE: $50,000—$75,000 year.
