We are looking for dedicated individuals who have strong attention to detail and who will ensure our properties meet our standard property appearance for arriving guests. The property inspector performs routine ready-for-occupancy inspections of our cabins to ensure that they meet all company standards for health and safety. This position will require you to travel to various properties throughout your day. The main focus of this position is to ensure that all of our properties are properly cleaned and maintained to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Daily Task
- Perform routine ready for occupancy inspections to ensure cabins meet all company expectations prior to guest arrival
- Traveling to numerous cabins on a daily basis
- Completing reports and submitting them in a timely manner
- Communicating all housekeeping and maintenance issues to the supervisor
- Light Cleaning as necessary
- Change light bulbs, air filters, and batteries if needed
Education and Skills
- High School Diploma preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer skills and knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets
- Access to Email to send reports and pictures
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must successfully pass a drug screening
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
