NCD is seeking a Business Analyst for our Tri-State Division, in Farmingdale, New York.
This is a full-time, on-site position, based in Farmingdale, New York.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Ability to Calculate, communicate, and collect NCDs Manufacturer Partner Funding, relating to: Marketing Accruals, Promotion Reimbursements, Industry Events, and Customer-Facing Performance Programs.
· Research, analyze, summarize, and categorize various program types and funding sources, from inception to finalization.
· Leading the work for the management of data submissions to vendors and external partners.
· Directing internal personnel regarding managing claims and incoming monies.
· Tracking, monitoring, and projecting Program performance.
Preferred Experience, Qualifications, & Skills:
· 0-3 years working in an analyst capacity.
· Proficient in Microsoft Suites Applications – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to transform structured and non-structured datasets and information into actionable business insights and results.
· Knowledge of forecasting, projecting, modeling, and tracking complex, multi-input initiatives.
· Superior problem-structuring and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to keep detailed and accurate records.
· Experience in or knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes.
· Strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
· Excellent negotiation skills
General knowledge of basic Accounting/Finance principles and concepts a plus.
Knowledge of Distribution, Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Supply Chain a plus.
BA/BS Business, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations, or related field a plus.
