Daily activities for Line Cooks on our Culinary Team include making menu items to order according to recipe specifications; stocking and prepping mis en place for meal service; maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, etc.

Successful Line Cooks will be thrive in a fast-paced environment, and will be motivated with an eye for detail, a high sense of team spirit and pride and the drive to not just meet, but exceed our guest’s expectations. Customer Service skills are also important in representing our property professionally through all guest interactions.

Same day interviews may be available if applying in between meal periods.

We have openings for full-time and part-time year round Line Cook positions, as well as full-time and part-time seasonal positions. Our Line Cook roles can also be adapted to be available as student internships/externships. We do ask for flexibility in scheduling, including holidays and weekends.
