The Brand Success Specialist position is at the front lines of the company as you will help to ensure that we are always maintaining and improving client relationships by playing a support role to the Brand Success Manager. We are looking for this person to be committed to becoming the trusted advisor for our clients’ internet marketing needs and to help grow each client with the full range of HigherVisibility solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Reports to the Director of Brand Success
  • Serves as the main point of contact in the absence of Brand Success Managers
  • Sending reports and/or assisting with daily job communications of the account management team as needed
  • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts and internal team members
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services and compiling results from those reviews or surveys
  • Identify and alert the Sales Team of any sales opportunities within current client portfolio
  • Keeping an up-to-date list of clients for referrals for new business
  • Assist in identifying new clients for case studies
  • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues on GMB and as otherwise needed.
  • Must learn the concept of the sales, onboarding, SEO/PPC, and ongoing processes of client’s life cycles
  • Manages campaign timelines and follow-up items with the Brand Success Managers and Director to enhance our service levels and to ensure project timelines are met
  • Updating and proposing new social media, blogging, and other best practice guides as needed
  • Blog management for clients and posting as needed
  • Work with team to achieve overall retention goals as set forth by upper management
  • Assists with Franchise Development and auditing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Have proven experience managing B2B and consumer accounts
  • Proven experience working with multiple accounts or projects
  • Be an outstanding relationship builder, and skilled at navigating organizational roadblocks, budget cycles, and competitive dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver and perform in a previous capacity
  • Must be highly organized and analytical
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice to have:
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Experience with SEO, Web Design, and Social Media a big plus
  • Self-motivated with an enthusiasm for the web industry
