NuCara Home Medical, Central Iowa's leading provider of Home Respiratory and Home Medical Equipment, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the amazing team at our Marshalltown, Iowa branch. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be professional and accountable, and will have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

The Branch Manager oversees general operations for our retail store in Oskaloosa, as well as provides hands on clinical support for our Home Oxygen, CPAP and other Respiratory patients. This is a great opportunity for a clinician looking for an opportunity to learn new skills in retail management while using their existing clinical experience to improve the lives and health of our patients, or for an experienced manager looking to enter the home healthcare market.

Qualifications include:

• Active clinical license (LPN, RN, or Respiratory Therapist) preferred, but not required
• Candidates must live within Marshalltown's service area, or be willing to relocate
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate with medical professional
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency

This is a full-time salaried position with bonus package. NuCara Home Medical offers a competitive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, a 401k with company match, and employee profit sharing. Branch hours are Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, with some on call rotation time required.

As an accredited company, NuCara Home Medical requires that candidates successfully pass all required pre-employment screenings prior to starting employment. Required screenings include a criminal background check, OIG Exclusions List screening, drug screening and Driving Record check.
