Details for Bookkeeping positions:
- Full-Time
- Temp-to-Hire
- 1st Shift
- $45,000-$55,000/year
Can you see yourself in this Bookkeeping position?
Perform bi-weekly payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function, including reviewing, coding, and processing payments
- Record daily patient/insurance deposits
- Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data
- Reconcile and report any discrepancies found in records
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees
- Responsible for all data maintenance of new hires and changes in pay
- Reviewing and completing employment verification requests
- Manage benefit enrollment and terminations
- Maintain personnel records
- Assist with preparation of year-end tax form
Do you have the skills or requirements needed for this position?
Associates Degree in Accounting or High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Excel
- At least two years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to work effectively with supervisors, peers and independently
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills
