MetroEHS is seeking a highly qualified BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst for work at our brand new Madison Heights Clinic!

The perfect candidate loves working toward the success of our pediatric clients and collaborating with other disciplines to help each child develop the SUPERHERO inside of them. We believe that each child can be successful in their own way with the help of others that are dedicated to that success. Qualifications include:

• Current certification as a BCBA through the BACB.
• Minimum of one year experience in the areas examination, evaluation, and treatment of children with Special Needs
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable form of insured transportation
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
• Mastery of the written and spoken English; foreign language a plus
• Experience managing clinical staff and mentoring supervisory-level clinicians
• The ability to lift 25 or more pounds as necessary
• A completed questionnaire at the time of application

$5,000 sign on Bonus Details:

1. Bonus paid over 2 pay periods

2. With 2-year agreement

3. Candidate must have: completion of supervision course to supervise RBTs

4. Will have monthly 105 billable hour requirement

5. Eligible for bonus plan after 1 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
