In this role, you will providesupervisory oversight, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans, andtrain caregivers and school staff. Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior and educational assessments to identify challenging behaviors and target pivotal behaviors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Train families, caregivers, and school staff in implementing effective techniques across all environments.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians to ensure treatment integrity and professional growth.
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly.
• Utilize non-aversive behavior change methods to identify behavior goals and intervention techniques.
• Prepare written behavior interventions, strategies, and support plans.
• Provide training to behavior technician staff.
• Complete reports and necessary paperwork within established time frames.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervised by a BCBA, certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Preferred experience in providing behavior analytic programs in homes or schools.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong commitment to excellence in applied behavior analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with supervisors, co-workers, and clients.
• Proficiency in the English language may be required.
