BILLING MANAGER (PART TIME) | PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY

We are looking a Billing Manager to work in a part time schedule, to start immediately with a pharmaceutical company located at Plainsboro, NJ.

NOTE: HYBRID SCHEDULE ROLE, ALL CANDIDATES NEEDS BE LOCAL TO PLAINSBORO, NJ

• Salary: $37.86 per hour
• Duration: Temporary Contract
• Location: Plainsboro, NJ

JOB RESPONSABILITIES:

• Matter management in the Legal Tracker eBilling system, which includes opening of matters, invoicing flow, and handling of inquiries related to eBilling.
• Process Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, and invoices.
• Handle monthly accruals, inter-company charges, and related reporting
• Monitor and provide reporting and/or analytics of spend against budgets to Manager – Legal Operations, finance partners, and case teams.
• Help enforce policies, processes, and billing guidelines to manage outside counsel usage and spend and respond to inquiries relating to same.

JOB REQUIEREMENTS:

• A bachelor's degree required; relevant work experience may be substituted for degree when appropriate
• 5+ years of prior work experience in a similar field is desired
• Must be a proactive self-starter and quick learner with a high level of ownership and accountability, who is able to work in the details and integrate them into a larger context.
• Possesses strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team and stakeholders
• Must have a solid working knowledge of corporate finance operations and processes
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to analyze and interpret financial information and effectively convey analyses to others
• Prior experience with Coupa, SAP and Legal Tracker is desirable
