United Contracting LLC., in search of highly motivated individual to fill our front office/administrative assistant position (bilingual). Individual who can multitask effectively, organize, prioritize & work well under pressure in an efficient and effective manner. Willing to work hard and maintain a positive attitude. Reliable, self-motivated and punctual.
Responsibilities consist of (but not limited to):
M-F
Greet visitors at front desk
Answer main telephone lines
Data entry
Communicate with vendors, customers and employees in both English and Spanish
Maintaining purchase orders
Receiving vendor invoices
Verifying picking tickets
Creating estimates
Electronic/paper filing
Maintaining project folders (electronic/paper)
Required skills:
Strong communication skills, excellent grammar
Able to speak and write well in order to represent the Company
Positive attitude
Excellent phone etiquette
Able to work with limited supervision (after training is complete)
Attention to detail as errors will cost the company money
Able to work with high quality and low error rate
Punctual & consistent
Additionally, it is imperative that the applicant can handle a multi-line phone system while effectively multitasking on all daily projects.
