Full Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious, outgoing, career-oriented P&C licensed Sales professional to join our team. Sales and insurance experience is required. You must have excellent customer service experience. You will be speaking with customers on the phone and willing to build and develop new customer relationships and maintain existing clients. Must be a leader and role model. I'm looking for some one who is looking to move up the latter with hard work and open their own agency. I can help you get there!

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed every day.
• Help agents close policies and train new employees.
• keep track of sales and motivate agent to hit goals
• Must hit 30K in premium every month

Requirements

• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively present our products to potential clients
• Property and Casualty licensed and willing to get life licensed

Benefits

• Our pay is above market average starting at $13+ an hour with premium base commission able to make 100% of the commission you sell.

Pay: $13+ an Hour Plus Commission and Bonuses

• Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
