Job Title: Bilingual Closing Assistant/ Policy Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Closing Assistant/Policy Coordinator will provide administrative support to the company's escrow/closing team, including coordinating policy processing activities. The role involves working closely with various departments, clients, and vendors to ensure the timely and accurate processing of title insurance policies and other account payables.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process title insurance policies
  • Assist in the preparation of policy documents
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and management regarding policy-related inquiries and issues
  • Manage policy-related databases
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, and filing documents, expense reporting, ordering of supplies, preparing initial files for closing staff
  • Provide processing support for closers, as needed
  • All duties performed in English and Spanish
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
  • Experience in the title insurance industry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Physical Demands:

  • This position may require sitting or standing for extended periods of time
  • May require occasional lifting of boxes or materials up to 25 pounds
  • May require occasional travel to company events or meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,843.95 - $44,371.21 per year
