Busy home care office is looking for an upbeat bilingual Spanish office support to provide exceptional customer service support to an entire team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by answering and routing phone calls.
• Answering a high volume of calls.
• Maintains a professional attitude and appearance.
• Perform a variety of clerical and data entry tasks and all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in conversational Spanish.
• Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Knowledge of excel or word a PLUS.
• Great attitude.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

No Home Care experience is required (a PLUS if you have prior home care or call center experience)
