Wir suchen einen Accountant EMEA (w/m/d) für unser wachsendes EMEA-Finanzteam mit Sinn für Zahlen, Erfahrung mit Finanzsoftware und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten. Du berichtest direkt an den EMEA Finance Director und und hast Spaß daran in einem dynamischen Umfeld mitzuwirken.
Die Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen u.a.:
- Du wirkst beim Erstellen der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse der Gesellschaften sowie der Intercompany Abstimmung mit
- Du übernimmst selbstständig die Salden-Analyse, Kontenpflege, Pflege der Kostenstellen- und Kostenträger, sowie die Kontenklärung im Rahmen des Tagesgeschäftes
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Prozessgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP Systems und den Schnittstellen zu anderen Abteilungen mit
- Erstellung und Verprobung des Meldewesen (Umsatzsteuer, ZM, etc.)
- Unterstützung bei der Anlagenbuchhaltung, der Pflege von Anlagendetails und Abschreibungsplänen
- Weitere Aufgaben sind die Unterstützung/Urlaubsvertretung und Kontrolle, Kontierung und Buchung der Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen, Reisekosten, Bewirtungsbelegen sowie Privatauslagen und Kreditkarten, wo nötig.
Kompetenzen und Anforderungen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Rechnungswesen / Controlling / Steuerrecht
- Solide Kenntnisse in Bilanzierung nach HGB
- 5-7 Jahre Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen, vorzugsweise in einer internationalen Organisation
- Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Hauptbüchern
- Gutes Verständnis der Grundsätze und Praktiken der Rechnungslegung und Finanzberichterstattung
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office insbesondere Excel und Vertrautheit mit relevanter Finanz- oder Datenbanksoftware, z. B. Netsuite
- Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Fließend Deutsch und Englisch

We are looking for an EMEA Accountant (m/f/d) for our growing EMEA finance team with a sense of numbers, experience with financial software and strong analytical skills. You report directly to the EMEA Finance Director and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
The tasks and responsibilities include:
- You participate in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of the companies as well as the intercompany reconciliation
- You independently take over the balance analysis, account maintenance, maintenance of the cost center and cost units, as well as the account clarification in the context of day-to-day business
- You will actively participate in the process design and further development of our ERP system and the interfaces to other departments
- Creation and testing of the reporting system (sales tax, ZM, etc.)
- Assistance with asset accounting, maintenance of asset details and depreciation plans
- Other tasks are support / vacation replacement and control, account assignment and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices, travel expenses, hospitality receipts as well as private expenses and credit cards, where necessary.
Competencies and requirements:
- Successfully completed commercial training with further training as an accountant or a completed business degree with a focus on finance / accounting / controlling / tax law
- Solid knowledge of accounting according to HGB
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an international organization
- Practical experience in dealing with general ledgers
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with relevant financial or database software, e.g. B. Netsuite
- Careful and structured way of working
- Fluent in German and English
