Mangos Refresqueria Y Cafe is a little over 5 year old cafe focusing on raspados, aguas frescas, tortas, tacos and other delicious hispanic/latin treats from around Mexico and other areas in Latin America.

We have a winning concept stay super busy and fast paced. We need your help to move at the pace we need to in order to grow and continue to be the best at what we do.

The responsibilities are but are not limited to:

Ensure excellent guest service

Have a helpful and willing attitude

Keep the work area and lobby clean at all times

Be on time and productive

Smile and be courteous to our amazing guests

Always treat every customer with detail and kindness

Promoting suggestive selling techniques

Maintaining professional behavior while creating a warm, fun, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere.

Requirements:

Spanish and English; speak and understand both.

Minimum 3 year of food handling experience

Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction

This is a very fun job and we look forward to hearing from you. We are looking to do 38+ hours per week full time for this position.

Tips *ADD* an additional about $1.75-$2.50 per hour to hourly base pay $15.50. Training is a two week period.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
