The Inn at Leola Village is a boutique historic hotel located in Leola, PA. The Inn is verified by Forbes Travel Guide as a 4 star luxury destination, offering exceptional hospitality amenities. As such, The Inn at Leola Village offers superior dining service on property. Our property hosts social gatherings and weddings. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Banquet Bartender to join our catering team.

Job Duties include:

-Capable of learning Forbes Travel Guide 4 Star standards, and executing a high level of service to guests, focused on a strong sense of luxury.

-RAMP Certification is preferred.

-Ability to manage alcohol inventories and assist with orders to maintain par levels.

-Ability to assist servers and other bartenders.

-Ability to ensure every guest is satisfied with their experience.

-Ability to ensure maximum profitability by reducing waste and using proper serving techniques..

-Ability to work varying shifts. Responsible for understanding opening and closing procedures.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
