Azure Data Architect (Big Data) – Contract to Hire - Remote for (FL, NC, TX, VA, CO, GA, TN, HI)

Rate on W2: $95k to $100k per hour

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and tune data warehouses and data pipelines within Azure
• Evangelize engineering design and development standards
• Act as a key contributor to the design and development lifecycle of analytic applications utilizing Microsoft Azure and BI technology platforms
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and product demonstrations
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Mentor less experienced engineers

Skills Needed:

The resume should be more focused on “Big Data Design and Development”. Skills that are needed to be in the resume are

• 5+ years of experience as Big Data Architect
• 5+ years of experience in design, development and implementing large scale Data warehouse in Azure cloud
• 5+ years of experience in Data modeling, Datalake and Databricks
• Experience in Azure data services
• Experience in OLTP and OLAP systems
• Experience in Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions
• 3+ years of experience with Python programing
