Automotive Technician
Al Packer Ford Royal Palm Beach is looking for a Master Certified Automotive Technician. Ford Certification is a plus, but not a requirement. We actively need an experienced engine technician.
An experience technician will easily earn over $100,000 per year with the workload we have! Pay is based on experience and certifications easily exceeding $61.25 for every hour worked!

Essential duties include:
- Work closely with Service Director to create a team environment producing highly effective results.
- Performing all manner of automotive repairs (depending on specialization) from simple maintenance to EV’s.
- Complete repairs to Ford Motor Company standards.
- Create and maintain an exemplary customer experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 – 4 years’ related experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written
- Organized, multi-tasking; adapts to a fast-paced environment
- Personable, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service, both internal and external.
- Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance
