Jiffy Lube is looking for an experienced Automotive Shop Manager

Automotive Shop Manager Responsibilities include:

• Manage the Automotive Shop, employees, and daily operations
• Provide Excellent Customer Service, every car, every time.
• Lead a team of 5 to 7 employees per shift servicing vehicles using a repetitive and automatic process approved by Jiffy Lube

Automotive Shop Manager Qualification:

• Assertive personality, able to lead under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to enforce the Jiffy Lube procedures every car, every time
• Ability to work in an automotive shop, hands on working along the team
• Must complete Jiffy Lube training process for certification
• Must work weekends
• 50 hour workweek with 2 days off
• Should be able to bend, climb, move, lift, and other physical activities
• Should be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
• Fast paced experience (fast food industry), automotive experience is a plus

This is a working Automotive Shop Manager position, the Manager works on cars along with staff

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
