An industry leader, our company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall efficiency of our shop. Your responsibilities include overseeing our service team as they work on customers' vehicles, scheduling repairs and maintenance jobs, communicating with insurance companies and ordering parts, and keeping in touch with customers to ensure they are fully informed about their vehicle's status. In this hands-on position, you will also assist your team members when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Order parts through computer system.
- Monitor work order costs.
- Schedule service of vehicles in accordance with dealership's schedule.
- Evaluate customer satisfaction surveys.
- Create presentations and workshops for dealership employees.
- Interact with customers in the service department and other departments throughout the dealership.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,910.00 - $64,429.00 per year
