Remote Automotive Claims Adjuster - Mechanical Experience Required!

Job Description

We have immediate remote openings for experienced technicians with the ability to read and understand mechanical claims.

Veritas Global Protection Services is a vehicle service contract administrator located in downtown Phoenix. We are rapidly growing and looking for the right people to grow with us. Automotive experience is required, but claims experience is not!

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls from auto repair facilities to start and process mechanical breakdown claims;
• Investigating claims based off the customer's vehicle service contract;
• Utilizing automotive skills and knowledge to diagnose mechanical failures and their required repairs, rendering an approval or denial of a claim, and negotiate part pricing and labor rate hours;
• Utilize an understanding of the auto industry to ensure excellent customer service throughout the claim process.

Required Skills & Experience:

• High School Diploma
• ASE Certification is preferred, but not required
• Combination of technical knowledge and work experience in the automotive field is required.
• Good customer service skills
• Comfortable working remotely
