**This is NOT an entry level job. MUST have prior mechanic experience in a shop and be proficient at most basic automotive services**

We are seeking a professional Automotive Mechanic with a passion for cars. The ideal candidate will have six or more years of experience, and will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing and repairing all mechanical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair various issues on an automobile.
• Work with a vehicle's engine, transmission, suspension system, brakes and steering mechanism.
• Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles.

Pay is based on experience and ability.

The basic mechanical skills we are looking for are: Brakes, Tires, Oil changes, alignments and other light maintenance and mechanical work. We expect you to have extensive experience with most of those skills already and be able to do them quickly and efficiently.

Mid range skills are things like timing belts/water pumps/ heater cores.

More advanced skills would be diagnostic, reprogramming and electrical.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
