What You'll Do

As a Supply chain analyst, you'll be part of our PTG Supply Chain Operations team as a hybrid employee. In this role, your focus will include:

• Working Capital Management / Inventory Turns
  • Manage inventory throughout the ANF branch network & suppliers to support working capital turn goals
  • Reduce Excess & Obsolete through management of NPD, transitions, and undersells
  • Create proactive reports monitoring MOQs and E&O inventory; working with sourcing & sales on areas to reduce
• Best in Class Service Level
  • Maintain service level of items planned in order to support overall goal of 98% service level
  • Ensure products are in the correct branches to fulfill customer orders to drive first pass improvements
  • Update weekly service level & first pass root cause analysis and drive resolution and corrective action of future occurrences
  • Minimize short supply challenges, as well as discover, resolve, and communicate recovery
• Planning
  • Become an expert in the JDA supply planning systems to support branch planning and drive efficiency within shipments
  • Conduct quarterly review of capacity for distribution network
  • Determine stocking strategies of SKUs at the branches by analyzing customer order patterns in each geographical region
  • Support DCs in shipment efficiencies, monitoring on-time shipments & economic shipment quantities
  • Regularly review and update system settings for errors to maintain a clean and robust working environment
  • Regularly review % to Target, Safety Stock, and plant schedules to achieve WCT turns goals balanced with customer fill rates
  • Work collaboratively with all functional areas of the business; Sales, Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, Demand Planning, to solve problems and identify business improvement opportunities
  • Serve as link between suppliers/GSMA/manufacturing locations and the market
  • Lead or present as the voice of supply chain & Ops within the ANF distribution network

Desired Experience & Education:

• BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related experience
• 1-3 years of experience in Sourcing, Planning, Materials Management or Logistics
• System Knowledge (JDA, Excel, SAP, Business Warehouse)
• Ability to mitigate short term issues and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge in reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work from a Stanley Black & Decker office 1-2 days per week.
