Our client, a premier early childhood education center in Bentonville, AR is looking for compassionate educators who value the growth and development of their youngest students.They are committed to providing a nurturing childcare environment coupled with a focus on education. Ideal candidates enjoy cultivating learning and motor development activities as well as tending to their youngest students’ daily needs.

Lead, Assistant Teachers, and Aides work together to:

• Develop lesson plans (Leads do most of the lesson planning however assistants are encouraged to help as well!)
• Meet the individual needs of the children
• Communicate with parents
• Participate in staff and training meetings
• Design an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental levels of the children in the classroom
• Interact with children to support play, exploration, and learning
• Present expectations that are appropriate to the child's age and developmental level
• Plan and implement activities that develop self-esteem and social skills
• Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff
• Build teamwork
• Use assessment tools
• Commit to continuing education
