Job Description – Assistant Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to handle our well-established and growing business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in warehouse environment and have a strong background in ShipStation or any other shipping label-creating programs, and knowledge of SkuVault or other inventory management systems.
The Warehouse Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and maintaining inventory levels at optimal levels.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all activities day-to-day warehouse operations are conducted in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
- Confirm that all orders are processed accurately and on time and that all inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Check all Amazon and ShipStation accounts daily.
- Supervise loading and unloading of trucks.
- Organize and consolidate inventory.
- Receive and inspect returns to determine whether they should be returned to inventory or donated.
- Pull orders for packers
- Pull stock for FBA shipments
- Monitor the warehouse to verify that all areas are kept clean and free from hazards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse work.
- Experience with ShipStation or other shipping label-creating programs.
- Must be very familiar with SkuVault or other inventory management systems.
- Must have forklift experience.
- Familiarity with Amazon and Walmart a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must be able to lift fifty-five pounds
- This position requires standing and walking greater than 50% of the day
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
