What you get to do:
As an Aquatics Attractions Guard, you’ll keep a close eye on guests enjoying our water attractions that are five feet or less in depth. You’ll be that extra set of eyes and ears that enable guests to relax and have fun. In addition to monitoring swimming areas and helping guests in distress, you’ll greet and interact with guests, answer questions and resolve guest issues. You will:

• Warn guests of dangerous water activities
• Prevent and respond to guest emergencies
• Administer first aid
• Participate in scheduled in-service training and regular audits
• Be proficient in park knowledge, water rescue, CPR/AED and First Aid Skills
• Maintain cleanliness of your area
• Consistently practice safe work habits, including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)

Compensation:

• Pay rate starting at $12.50 Hourly (part-time)

What it takes to succeed:

• At least 18 years old
• You will need to complete the pre-requisite swim test
• You must successfully pass the company provided and paid American Red Cross certification trainings to include CPR and AED.
• You must be able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Exceptional communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills are essential
