Requirements:
- Must be able to work 8:30 to 5, Monday - Friday. Be willing to be on call a few evenings a week from 5 to 6:30.
- This position is on-site, No remote opportunities.
- Rare weekend availability to assist in events.
- Experience in high volume outbound, sales, telemarketing and/ or cold calling is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and no fear of the telephone - required!
- Strong computer system navigation skills.
- Ability to schedule customers using multiple calendars.
- Dependability is a MUST
- Must be a team player.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting appointments for our Estimators to demonstrate our home improvement products.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Meet or exceed appointment setting quality of goals within company guidelines.

Pay: We offer a competitive hourly wage commensurate to experience, $17 hr. -$23 hr. Great bonus structure.
