The Regional Key Account Manager is responsible for the strategic relationships with our local Key Accounts, finds new business opportunities with KAs and supports the execution, maintains the relationship with internal teams and pushes cross-pollination between business units, provides the BUs with regulatory and market insights, coordinates with the BUs to respond to the regulatory changes, and maintains good communication with associations.Minimum qualification: • You possess a degree in business or a related field • You have prior work experience, ideally, e.g. business development in the digital industry, digital marketing, marketplace, e-commerce solutions,, and/or business consulting. • You have strong communication skills, are open-minded, and goal-oriented • You have customer-facing experience in digital, e-commerce, and key account management • You are an entrepreneurial mind and are passionate to work independently • You are ambitious to continuously grow and develop your personal and professional skills • Your written and verbal communication skills in German and English are excellent. Preferred qualification: • You have successfully worked in a cross-border environment before • You see yourself as a bridge builder between cultures and organisations • You have C-Level Business Development and negotiation experience
