Job Summary:

Our child care facility is looking for a caring, compassionate Childcare Team Member who has a desire to work with children. This position is working with Toddlers. Other positions could be available in a variety of age ranges.

Our ministry is committed to providing top quality childcare and learning for students who are enrolled in our program. Our goal is to partner with the families of the children entrusted to us to provide a caring, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their growth and development. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children in your care.
• Assist children in appropriate behavior using Positive Guidance techniques.
• Cultivate positive relationships with parents, children and co-workers.
• Work with other teachers of the class for continuity of care.
• Maintain a structured and stimulating educational environment.
• Maintain documentation of children’s day.

Skill Requirements (Training Will Be Provided):

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent (or currently attending High School)
• Organizational Skills
• Certified in First Aid and CPR or obtain upon higher
• Positive Support and Guidance of children
• Knowledge of Child Development
• Ongoing Professional Development (Training classes will be provided)

Position Hours:

All positions are Monday - Friday

2:00-6:00 PM
