Job description

We are looking for a part- time instructor(s) for our hands-on After School Program. Our After School Program is our primary focus for most of the school year; prospective teachers must be available between the hours of 2:30pm – 6:30pm on Monday- Friday. During the school year, we will mimic the DISD school schedule and will require some full day(s) coverage. Additional hours may be available for teachers who want to lead In-School Work Shops during normal school hours. If you enjoy teaching children and you are looking for a fun and rewarding part-time job this may be the job for YOU!

You must:

• YOU MUST have experience teaching or leading youth programs
• YOU MUST be able to travel to schools in the area.
• Enjoy working with children ages 4-12
• Have an outgoing personality
• Be on time and have an excellent work ethic
• Have great organization skills
• Be able to lesson plan and lead activities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
