Job description
We are looking for a part-time receptionist/administrative assistant who will provide superior customer service to our members and clients, and exceptional administrative support. This is an ideal position for a motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and strives to constantly improve their performance and efficiency. An ideal candidate will enjoy helping others, be detail oriented, tech savy, and have exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone and direct calls to appropriate employees.
- Organize daily mail, faxes, and other documents.
- Maintain a calendar of appointments for senior staff.
- Schedule meetings and schedule meetings in calendar.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Enter information into computer system, identifying data gaps and resolving.
- Send out emails.
- Manage records.
- Manage office supply inventory and order office supplies.
- Take minutes at meetings and coordinate setting of agenda, and notifications of meetings.
- Make calls to health care professionals to gather information and/or offer services
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
