Natural Essentials, Inc. is a leading provider of natural and organic personal care products. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Department team as an Administrative Assistant.

Job Description:

The Quality Department Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Quality Department in all aspects of quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with quality assurance documents, including policies, procedures, and manuals
  • Assisting with the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits
  • Managing and organizing documentation related to regulatory compliance, including FDA regulations, cGMPs, and other relevant standards
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that quality standards are met
  • Managing the quality department's training program, including scheduling and tracking employee training

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a quality department or related field
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles and regulatory compliance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM-430PM

Wage dependent upon experience
