DPI Staffing is hiring a Technical Records Specialist/Administrative Assistant for a local environmental quality organization.Job Summary:
The candidate will be providing administrative assistance to the Human Resources department. The candidate will perform data entry of confidential HR information into various systems, update organizational charts, and file documents electronically into an electronic filing system. This candidate will also provide excellent customer service to all customers coming into the HR department.

- Administrative assistant experience is required. Human resources experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
- Ability to set, manage, and meet goals and deadlines.

- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Professional appearance is required.
- Candidate will be required to pass a drug and background screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.
Starting Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: 8-hour shift
